Nope.
The Legacy format is where you may use cards from any set, from the current cards to the very beginning set (Alpha). The only difference between it and the Vintage format is that Legacy is more competitive, and you don't need to spend a ton of money trying to get all of the old cards.

That's all I will ever play. I like the freedom of having any set, as the Standard and Extended formats get very expensive, considering you have to have the most recent sets to compete. Stupid little rules if you ask me.

Well I run a pretty mean rat tribal and a spellbomb deck Spellbomb? Shweet! And what do the rats do, like what kind of effects do they have on the game as a unit?

Rats are arguably the most versatile tribal deck of all. Rats, though handicapped by being stuck as a monoblack deck, can effectively swarm, soft control, hard control, burn, weenie, fatty/pump, block dodgeand regenerate. It depends on the cards you use, but you can do many of these things effectively in a single deck

Sounds interesting. Why not post your deck? I'd love to see it.

I've heard that it's called EDH. I don't know, some person on the Wizards of the Coast Community said that my deck was terrible, and they called it an EDH deck.
